Website
We do not collect any personal data about website visitors.
Customers
If you have made contact with us about a repair (potential or actual) we will collect your name, your business address, your telephone number(s) and your email address. This is used to identify customers with repairs and facilitate billing for repairs and quotes. It is also used to send you promotional material (physical and electronic). We do not collect your date of birth, health information or other personal data.
We verify our customers’ places of work and job descriptions via their LinkedIn profiles and Google searches. We use this information to maintain and update our customer records.

We use the cookies included in Google Analytics and StatCounter to measure the traffic and performance of our site’s pages.

Customer purchase records are retained on site for ten (10) years. Names and contact information are retained indefinitely in our database, unless you tell us otherwise.

We only use basic personal information in order to provide our service to you. If you do not wish us to send you marketing material or marketing emails, please let us know.
Where we send your data
Anonymised information, such as your IP address, is used for site analytics as mentioned in the section on Analytics above. Our hosting provider is located in Canada. Any data collected by our hosting provider is regulated by the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). Canada has been recognized by the EU as providing adequate data protection (as per article 45 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679), which allows personal information of EU residents to be freely transferred to Canada. As our hosting provider works with a number of US-based partners, they also transfer (in accordance with Article 45 of the GDPR) information to companies that have certified their compliance with the EU-U.S. or Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield Frameworks.
We do not send your personal data anywhere; it is only used internally.

We have a monitored firewall in place. If a breach is detected, we will inform the Australian Cyber Security Centre (ACSC), and if any organisation is affected, we will inform their security officer.
